Savalite strives to provide you the best services with your every purchase. This Policy will explain the Return, replacement and Cancellation policies. Please read this carefully to understand and experience a hassle-free purchasing experience from Savalite.
Once you place an order on our website, Savalite doesn’t accept any request for return or refund of the product. If you still need to return any product due to any reason, please contact the service team and register the complaint within 7 business days of product purchase.
Return request is acceptable in the following scenarios:
– Receipt of damaged or defective products.
– Missing parts/ items received.
– Incorrect product received.
The complaint will be processed and a return/refund may be initiated only after it is accepted by the technical team and the product complies with the warranty policy. (You may go through the warranty policy for more clarity).

If the order is rejected by the buyer during delivery, the 20% RTO charges will be directly debited from the total payment of the buyer, and the rest of the amount will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.
If you receive a damaged product, or if the product gets damaged in 7 days after receipt, you may request for a replacement. Go through the Warranty Policy to check if your product is under warranty period. The products can not be accepted for replacement if:
– Original packaging is missing.
– Items that shows signs of not being damaged during transportation or used unusually or forced damaged.
– Item is returned after 7 business days.
– Item is not under warranty period.
Please note that our delivery partners attempt to pick/deliver the orders for a maximum of two times. Prior to which, the request for any return/replacement will remain unattended by Savalite.
The order can be canceled before shipment. You can’t cancel any order once they are shipped. Any payment made/ debited will be refunded to the original source of payment within 3 to 5 business days after cancellation. You can not cancel any order partially or individually. In case of multiple product purchase, the whole order will be canceled. Please note that no refund will be done if the cancellation is unsuccessful for any reason.
